
Gaven began his career as a physiotherapist in 1984. In 1990, his first Campbelltown practice Macarthur Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre was opened at 150 Lindesay Street. Gaven has undertaken post-graduate training allowing him the titles of Tier 2 Musculoskeletal and A.P.A. Sports Physiotherapist. In 1999, Gaven commenced working as an Independent Physiotherapy Consultant for WorkCover NSW. In this role, he assesses injured workers who had received extensive physiotherapy treatments but still was unable to make full recover. He will then make recommendations of appropriate treatment to the treating physiotherapist and the insurance company.
Gaven has also worked with a wide variety of people from Olympic and wheelchair bound athletes, professional footballers to the elderly. He was the physiotherapist for the West Tigers and the Magpies for a decade. He has a particular interest in managing complex pain and movement disability with manual therapy and remedial exercise. As a keen cyclist, Gaven can provide assessment and recommendation of bike setup, the only available service of this kind in Campbelltown. In addition to his busy clinical work, Gaven is also regularly invited to give presentations to share the wealth of his clinical experience with doctors and physiotherapy students.

Wei completed his Masters of Orthopaedics, Sports and Manual Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the National Taiwan University in 1998.
Wei worked in a major teaching hospital in Taipei for five years. He gained experience in treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal disorders and rehabilitation of orthopaedics and spinal surgeries. In 2003 he moved to Adelaide to pursuit further study in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. In 2005 he was awarded the highest academic achievement when graduated from the master program. Wei joined Macarthur physiotherapy and Sports Injury Centre in 2006. He regularly attends various continuing education courses and conferences to update his knowledge and skills in musculoskeletal disorders. His interests are in management of spinal and peripheral joint pain and sports injuries, movement analysis and retraining. He has incorporated dry needling and Kinesio taping in his clinical practice.

Chris completed his Bachelor of Science (Hons) Physiotherapy in 2003 at Liverpool University, UK. He worked for the Aintree Public NHS Hospital for four years dealing mainly with musculoskeletal and neurological problems. He also worked for a number of Rugby League Teams including Wigan Rugby League Academy Team.
Chris moved to Australia in 2007 to pursue his Physiotherapy career. He initially worked at Prince of Wales and Mater hospital mainly in musculoskeletal and orthopaedics. In 2008 he started work at Park Central Physiotherapy, first involved with setting up the physiotherapy department for Campbelltown Private Hospital and now based primarily in our private, musculoskeletal rooms. He is the senior consulting physiotherapist post-operative for Sydney Bone & Joint Specialists at Campbelltown Private Hospital. He has a keen interest in post-operative orthopaedic condition, fracture management, pain management and spine rehabilitation.

Michelle completed her Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) in 2009. She received her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2003; Fitness Instructor, 2001. Michelle has grown up with a strong sporting background and has always had a devoted interest in working in private practice and sports related settings. Michelle started out as a remedial massage therapist and has gained over eight years of hands on experience. Now as a physiotherapist Michelle has treated a vast array of clientele from post-operative, workplace and sporting injuries. Michelle is currently the team physiotherapist for Macarthur Rams Women's League.

Jessica completed her Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) at the University of Sydney in 2009. She worked at the Sutherland Shire Hospital gaining experience in a wide variety of areas before starting at Park Central Physiotherapy in 2011. Jessica's work involves providing post-op care for orthopaedic patients from the Sydney Bone & Joint Specialists, hydrotherapy and musculoskeletal physiotherapy at our Park Central clinic. She has strong interests in orthopaedic and sports physiotherapy.

Anne-Marie graduated with her Masters of Physiotherapy from Griffith University in 2005. Prior to this she completed her Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Sydney University in 2002. Since graduating as a physiotherapist Anne-Marie has worked in a variety of roles in the public and private health system in both Australia and the United Kingdom. Anne-Marie has gained experience in both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. She has also gained experience in casting, orthopaedic, neurological and general rehabilitation and worked in the Emergency Department at Westmead hospital assessing and managing acute musculoskeletal conditions. Anne-Marie utilises a combination of manual therapy skills, exercise prescription, and acupuncture to assist patients in reaching a full recovery. Anne-Marie has a keen interest in sports physiotherapy and has worked with an Australian Rules team in London and more recently the Macarthur Rams Women's Premier League team.
